Gene Expression Database for Diabetes Study
This database contains more than 10 million rat gene expression data points created by Affy high-density microarray technology. The database and application tools are now available. Collaborating laboratories should get permission to access the data exclusively from Dr. Gail R. Willsky at the Department of Biochemistry, School of Medicine and Biological Sciences, SUNY at Buffalo.
Dr. Richard Almon's Gene Expression Database
This database contains millions of rat gene expression data points created by Affy high-density microarray technology for the study of pharmacodynamics and pharmacogenomics of diverse receptor-mediated effects of methylprednisolone in rats. The database and application tools are now available. Collaborating laboratories should get permission to access the data exclusively from Dr. Richard Almon at the Biological Sciences Department, SUNY at Buffalo.
