Documentation of show at EVL, March 2000. The Thing Growing showed in 2 CAVES and 2 Idesks. Some imagery is a little dark as it was shot over the users' shoulders in the CAVE.

This short clip shows a user in the CAVE & on the Idesk and also contains images taken directly from the computer. In the latter images the user is represented by an avatar. This clip comes from an earlier iteration of the project & the appearance of the Thing changed after this video was shot. In this picture the Thing is on the left and the avatar is on the right with the purple ears.
